Paper Mill Coffee Viru, 5 ⭐️

After going to mitch, I was a little scarred with the matcha options in Tallinn but Paper Mill did not disappoint! Vibrant colour, great milk and a good ratio - can’t ask for much more.

I was truly so excited for mitch because the menu was extensive, the tools and preparation was all exemplary. However, the barista messed up the ratios and ended up using wayyyy too much milk (I also saw her scoop globs out of the oat milk, so not sure what those were) - so it ended up tasting like green oat milk. Unfortunately, do not recommend!
