I had the incredible opportunity to go to London for work in June and was staying in the Shoreditch area and given how amazing Jenki was the first time I had it, I went back there every single day. So technically, this is a review of Jenki’s matcha rather than different places in London 🙈

Salted Vanilla Oat Matcha Latte, 3 ⭐️

This one wasn’t my favourite - I found the salted vanilla taste very strong and overpowering and very little matcha flavour was coming through. Kind of tasted like a butterscotch milk drink.

Lavender Oat/Almond Matcha Latte, 5 ⭐️

I’m not sure why this was blue (was expecting lavender to be purple) but I loved that I could choose half oat and half almond milk. This had a really subtle but complimentary lavender taste which reminded me of Asha Tea House here in SF!

Strawberry Elderflower Oat Matcha Latte, 5 ⭐️

Elderflower things are my favourite when I’m in the UK so I was really excited for this summer special! I didn’t find the strawberry and elderflower flavours too strong, and it was a perfect drink to sip on during the heatwave.

Oat Matcha Latte, 5 ⭐️

A classic oat matcha - no notes, this was perfection! I also got it unsweetened to taste the true flavours of the matcha.
